Mainland UK – Orders placed from a greater distance of 6 miles will be sent via our carefully selected courier partner. This will cover the majority of mainland UK. (Orders must be over £20 to qualify for this).

Deliver Information

 

(for mainland UK orders (greater than a 6 mile radius from the business will qualify for this delivery option)

 

Orders received from over 6 miles distance from the business will be categorised as UK Mainland orders. These orders will be sent from our carefully selected Courier partner to ensure your items arrive within the best possible condition and most orders will be completed within the 2 working days of ordering. Deliveries ordered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be delivered within two working days. Orders placed Thursday onwards will be processed the following Monday.

Please consider that exceptional weather and traffic may cause delays to your delivery, which will be out of our control.

Note: In the majority of cases, we will be able to accommodate products less than 27 kgs into one box. However, in the unlikely event that two boxes are required customers will be requested to pay the additional courier charges. This is only applicable for orders that are sent through our courier partner. Orders that are completed by the Fazco team will have no additional weight restrictions or charges.

Cut Off Time

Orders placed after Wednesday 11.59pm cut off will not be sent out until the following Monday. In the case of a bank holiday the delivery will be proceed on the next working day. Deliveries outside the UK mainland are possible and can be arranged. Please contact us at info@fazco.co.uk for this option. If you are looking for orders on Friday, please place your order before 11.59pm on the Wednesday for Mainland UK orders.

Customer Responsibility

 Please ensure the parcels are opened as soon as the delivery arrives. All fresh vegetables and frozen items must be refrigerated and frozen, respectively and immediately to ensure the products are in the best possible condition. If you are not happy with the condition of an item then please contact us within 12 hours of your delivery with a photo and reason why you feel the product is not suitable. (Contact us via email on info@fazco.co.uk). Please note that photo proof is needed for any quality complaints. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Frozen items

Our frozen items are kept cool using Woolcool packaging. We have partnered with Woolcool to ensure your products stay as cool as possible and reach our customers in the best possible condition. As long as the package is not opened the frozen items will stay on average below 5°C up to an incredible 48 hours.

We encourage our customers to collect the Woolcool packs and after 8 or more packs are collected we will arrange postage for their return. This will assist in minimising waste and promoting recycling.

Availability of perishables: Vegetables, Fruits, Sweets, Snacks and Meat

Although we are able to fulfil 99% of the orders with the above named items, the availability of perishable items are largely dependent upon supplier’s availability each day.

We will endeavour to fulfil your entire order, however on the rare occasions where we are unable to do so, we will refund the amount back into your account within 3 working days.

Delivery terms and conditions

Once the parcels are dispatched from our warehouse, a separate email is sent with the consignment number and tracking information.

The delivery will be made anytime from 8am to 5pm. An email and text will be sent to our customers that will reveal an estimated time of delivery on the day of the delivery.

Please ensure that there is someone at home on the date of delivery. If no one is available at the address when the driver arrives, a card is left as a confirmation of their attempt to make the delivery. The card will contain instructions on how the parcel can be retrieved – Customers can either collect it or arrange for redelivery.

We cannot accept any liability for an order that has been rescheduled by a customer or for goods that have been sent back to our depot and have perished (in the case nobody is home to collect the order). In the event you are not home there will be an option from our chosen courier to leave the goods at a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not possible a redelivery will scheduled the next working day. If this is unsuccessful then the goods will be returned back to Fazco. In this scenario depending on the saleable condition of the goods, we will deduct the cost of postage and returns-fee of £9.99 and reimburse the balance in the method that you paid us.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched upon request and a full refund will be given within 48 hours of the cancellation.

Refund Policy

 

If an item sent is not satisfactory and you wish to send an item back please message your order number to info@fazco.co.uk. You will have to send the item / items back at your own cost and will bare full responsibility of the goods until it reaches  our depot. Our customer service will log this into our system and a full refund will be issued to the form of the original payment. Items must be received in a condition that is resealable and must be sent back within 14 days for the original payment to be issued. If you send it back at a later date then store credit will be issued. If you have any questions please email our team at info@fazco.co.uk. 

If an item needs exchanging then contact our team at info@fazco.co.uk and a swap will be arranged within 3 working days.
